Heavy Equipment Operator I – WM, Texas
Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and loaders at WM recycling and waste disposal facilities. Handle equipment inspections, maintenance, material movement, and safe site operations.

- Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures while operating equipment.
- Inspect equipment routinely and perform preventive maintenance.
- Keep equipment records accurate.
- Use material-moving equipment to relocate and position raw materials and finished components.
- Follow standard procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
- Work at recycling facilities and waste disposal sites.
Talablar
- Have at least one year of heavy equipment operating experience.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be able to meet the position’s physical demands, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- Use motor coordination and finger dexterity for most of the workday.
- Occasionally exert physical effort to handle objects weighing less than 30 pounds.
- Rarely encounter physical occupational hazards.
- Be exposed for most of the workday to dirt, odors, noise, extreme weather, or similar conditions.
