Tavsif

  • Set the technical direction, strategy, and delivery priorities for software products across Realityworks, CreXo, and Realityworks AI
  • Own architecture, platform planning, and engineering standards for cloud applications, embedded systems, physical products, and simulation technologies
  • Develop and implement the AI software strategy covering LLMs, SLMs, speech systems, computer vision, and intelligent agents
  • Oversee software releases and delivery across the full product portfolio
  • Develop and safeguard proprietary technology such as patient-state models, grading engines, clinical scenario models, and AI training-data pipelines
  • Manage and improve an adaptable network of external partners supporting product management, software engineering, AI/ML, quality assurance, and DevOps
  • Provide direction and operational oversight for the Quality & Validation, Simulation Systems, and Embedded Design teams
  • Create scalable development practices, engineering standards, platform plans, and long-term technology roadmaps
  • Work with product, clinical, hardware, AI, and customer-facing stakeholders to assess opportunities, set investment priorities, and deliver solutions
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Travel occasionally for customer meetings, vendor and partner discussions, and trade shows

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent education and progressively responsible engineering experience may be accepted
  • At least 8 years of software engineering experience
  • Track record of leading outsourced or offshore engineering teams at scale
  • Experience building and operating SaaS products and cloud architectures
  • Strong knowledge of current AI and LLM technologies
  • Must live in Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis, below 10%
  • Experience in medical simulation, healthcare technology, education technology, or training systems is preferred
  • Experience with conversational AI, speech technologies, or locally deployed AI is preferred
  • Familiarity with hardware and software integration environments is preferred
  • Experience taking products from prototype through commercial launch is preferred
