Tavsif

  • Lead end-to-end event strategy, planning, and delivery across DUAL North America's event portfolio
  • Manage DUAL's presence at industry conferences and tradeshows, including logistics, staffing, sponsorships, and booth coordination
  • Deliver DUAL-hosted external events such as broker appreciation, carrier, and charitable programs
  • Organize internal employee events, including holiday celebrations and culture-focused experiences
  • Coordinate logistics and run-of-show plans for quarterly employee town halls
  • Manage the ordering, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise
  • Create and distribute event invitations and coordinate communications before and after events
  • Source, negotiate with, and oversee vendors, venues, and event partners
  • Control event budgets and timelines while preparing recaps and impact reports
  • Maintain the central events tracker and calendar
  • Measure and report event attendance and return on investment
  • Partner with underwriting and business development teams to connect event participation with business priorities and sponsorship opportunities
  • Contribute to related brand-visibility initiatives as needed
  • Report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Talablar

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, event management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least five years of experience in event planning, event management, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects and vendor relationships at the same time
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop events from concept through execution
  • Demonstrated project management capability
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience overseeing event budgets and measuring return on investment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, business development, underwriting, and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work within established policies and procedures
  • Self-directed approach with careful attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Based in the Golden, Colorado office with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week onsite
