Tavsif

  • Define target groups by filtering HR records for employment type, work arrangement, organizational unit, and assignment status.
  • Retrieve working hours, absences, attendance, substitutions, and timekeeping data for specified periods.
  • Combine system configuration records to create an identifier for each employee’s work schedule.
  • Forecast daily schedules according to shift-cycle rules.
  • Clean the data and apply exclusion criteria to confirm which records qualify for analysis.
  • Reconcile expected time entries with system records and flag entries to add, amend, or block.
  • Coordinate with IT to process entries in bulk.
  • Pair clock-in and clock-out records for time-based analysis.
  • Spot unusual patterns in special work arrangements, such as recurring daytime schedules and weekends off.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • Use Python for data handling, automation, and building analytical solutions.
  • Use SQL to retrieve and transform data in relational databases.
  • Apply statistical modeling and machine learning methods to analyze data.
  • Work with Scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Matplotlib or Pyplot for machine learning and visualization.
  • Use TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning.
  • Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience developing chatbots.
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Bridge communication between business and IT.
  • Present findings to non-technical audiences.
