Tavsif

  • Set and execute the engineering roadmap around product and business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and support engineers by setting priorities, clearing blockers, and strengthening performance
  • Guide architectural and technical decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Direct complex technical initiatives from initial planning through delivery
  • Work with product, sales, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into defined technical outcomes
  • Build and refine engineering standards, processes, and working practices across the organization
  • Remain closely involved technically and contribute directly when specialist input or support is required
  • Assess emerging technologies and identify practical applications across cloud, AI, blockchain, and related areas
  • Raise process effectiveness, team performance, and delivery quality as the company grows

Talablar

  • Substantial experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, Head of Engineering, or comparable technical leader
  • Strong software engineering expertise in at least one of Python, Ruby, Elixir, or Golang
  • Solid command of software architecture, engineering practices, and contemporary development workflows
  • Demonstrated success managing engineering teams and delivering complex technical initiatives
  • Ability to combine technical depth with people leadership and stay hands-on when required
  • Strong knowledge of agile methods and modern engineering practices
  • Skill in converting business and product priorities into focused technical execution
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Pragmatic problem-solving style with the confidence to decide and move quickly
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Interest in emerging technologies and the judgment to separate practical opportunities from hype
  • Fluency in French is mandatory
  • Strong English communication skills are required
