Lead compliance oversight for banking processes and consumer risk at Erste Bank Polska. Manage a compliance team and support regulatory governance within the Erste Group.
Tavsif
- Lead, motivate, support, set objectives for, and develop team members
- Oversee compliance across banking processes, particularly retail and SME banking
- Provide second-line-of-defense advice and risk analysis, with a focus on consumer regulations
- Manage the product and service approval process
- Identify and assess compliance risk, then report irregularities
- Develop practical guidance for identified gaps and weaknesses
- Create and implement compliance regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other bank units and Erste Group companies
- Improve compliance-risk identification and assessment using modern analytical methods
- Create and implement initiatives and tools that improve and optimize the unit’s work
- Participate in Buddy onboarding and collaborate with the Director of the Compliance Assurance Department
Talablar
- Higher education degree
- At least five years of experience in a bank or other financial institution
- A record of successfully implementing change and coordinating projects
- Experience managing a team
- Demonstrated advisory, control, or audit capabilities
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel
- An analytical approach to problems and the ability to resolve them effectively
- Innovation, accountability, decisiveness, initiative, independence, and the ability to identify optimal solutions
