Opis

  • Develop service goals with and for at-risk or displaced youth up to age 17
  • Connect foster parents, staff, and the community team
  • Maintain a safe setting while carrying out behavioral and permanency goals
  • Coordinate schedules
  • Lead and train staff
  • Provide crisis support
  • Coordinate administrative staff
  • Work both collaboratively and independently
  • Work from the Vancouver, Washington office and travel up to 75 miles to community and home settings to support staff
  • Work directly with youth as needed

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of direct experience working with youth, or two years of education in social services
  • Clear criminal history and successful background check
  • Hold a CPR/First Aid license or obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • Current driver’s license, car, and car insurance
  • Complete a TB test within seven days of the first workday or before working on site, whichever comes first
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
