Opis

  • Manage recruiting from intake and role brief through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
  • Recruit for Manufacturing, Sourcing, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Quality teams.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and main point of contact for hiring managers.
  • Find and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Track candidate pipelines and recruiting work in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and follow recruiting processes.
  • Exchange recruiting knowledge, effective practices, and market insights with colleagues.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Zahteve

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of recruiting experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening when applicable.
  • French and English fluency preferred.
  • Practical sourcing experience and a record of building strong candidate pipelines preferred.
  • Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, LEAN, or Quality functions preferred.
