Opis

  • Assess customer needs and classify them as standard features, tailored solutions or product requirements.
  • Design technically viable solutions for customer-specific needs.
  • Communicate solution concepts through mockups, process flows, integration diagrams and demos.
  • Work with Product Owners and UX to bring product requirements into ongoing development.
  • Help Sales prepare pitches, workshops and RFP responses.
  • Hand over customer solutions clearly to Product Owners, Implementation Management and Integration teams.
  • Record scope, processes, integrations and unresolved questions.
  • Support project kick-offs and clarify requirements and open issues.
  • Serve as a technical and functional contact during implementation.
  • Keep customer solutions functionally and technically consistent.
  • Prepare for and provide technical support during go-live.
  • Spot recurring customer requests and emerging market needs.
  • Contribute structured findings to product discovery.
  • Partner with Product Owners and the CTO on priorities and roadmap planning.
  • Create relevant use cases and high-level solution proposals.
  • Coordinate regularly with product teams around the world.

Zahteve

  • Bring at least four years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, business or technical consulting, or a similar role.
  • Have strong technical knowledge, especially of APIs, data flows, integrations and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Understand complex requirements quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Have used tools such as Miro or Lucidchart to map processes and technical solutions.
  • Take a solution- and product-focused approach, distinguishing customer-specific requests from scalable product needs.
  • Present confidently in customer meetings and workshops.
  • Work in a structured, self-directed way and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Have very good German (C1) and good English skills.
  • Experience in real estate, housing or PropTech is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems and integrations, ideally SAP or Aareon, is an advantage.
  • Experience working with agile product and development teams is an advantage.
