Opis

  • Create architecture, optimization, health-check, deployment, and advisory services.
  • Advise customers with delivery and sales teams, shape strategy, and prepare statements of work.
  • Assess technical and competitive factors to match solutions to customer needs and business goals.
  • Build strategic relationships across customers, internal teams, and delivery leadership to support growth.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key partners.
  • Guide territory strategy and maintain regular engagement with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across multiple solution families.
  • Lead outreach and enablement programs.
  • Coach and mentor solution architects.
  • Create and deliver training for team members and wider audiences.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years in a technical presales or delivery role.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure architecture, products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Ability to work across teams, lead technical discussions, and influence decisions.
  • Strong customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to design solutions and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to assess technical requirements and explain their business value.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Maintain at least three technical partner certifications.
