Opis

  • Create tailored analytics solutions, scorecards, and dashboards for sales teams
  • Lead cross-category analysis and advise field sales leaders
  • Combine data sources to produce analysis and recommendations that support positive ROI
  • Advise senior leaders on opportunities for profitable growth
  • Set team priorities and goals, then build trackers to monitor progress
  • Promote the use of standardized sales analytics reports
  • Work with Business Intelligence Analysts to deliver dashboards and scorecards
  • Provide sales analytics support and act as the main contact for related requests
  • Lead analytics support focused on retail and divisions
  • Turn complex business needs into practical reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Provide customer, category, and retail insights for commercial and business planning and sales execution
  • Analyze root causes, post-event results, and benchmarks
  • Use internal and retail point-of-sale and movement data to develop recommendations, sales tools, and category insights
  • Support forecast accuracy, sales targets, segmentation, resource allocation, and improvements to customer service
  • Partner with CIH to turn 4Ps analysis and insights into growth actions
  • Share customer, category, and forecast information with stakeholders
  • Deliver continuous improvement projects and provide peer leadership
  • Manage core sales analytics processes and support complex projects and initiatives
  • Lead analyst onboarding, ongoing development, coaching, and team collaboration
  • Oversee the rollout and training of sales analytics resources

Zahteve

  • At least three years of experience in sales analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen, and other syndicated data
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data management and visualization
  • Experience manipulating and managing large datasets and extracting insights
  • Experience using data to develop insights and communicate a compelling story
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regularly and encourage collaboration among teammates
  • Ability to take initiative and drive improvements across the organization
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and accurate, with close attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of sales fundamentals
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Project management skills or experience
