Opis

  • Simplify complex hiring challenges for talent teams and candidates through thoughtful product experiences.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers from early exploration to delivery.
  • Lead high-impact design challenges from discovery through launch.
  • Help product managers and engineers handle simpler design work with the SZ Design System, clear principles, AI tools, and coaching.
  • Learn about users through interviews, product data, and lightweight testing.
  • Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
  • Use AI to speed up research, prototyping, and implementation workflows.
  • Assess AI outputs critically and incorporate effective methods into shared tools.
  • Connect end-to-end journeys across teams and develop shared patterns in the SZ Design System.
  • Test assumptions with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Occupational Psychology.
  • Create clear AI experiences that explain capabilities, limitations, and next steps while keeping users in control.
  • Work with engineers during implementation, review delivered work, and use feedback and product data to improve usability and value.

Zahteve

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex web-based SaaS products quickly, with examples of decisions made amid uncertainty and improvements made after launch.
  • Strong UX and visual design skills, including the ability to make complex workflows intuitive and accessible.
  • Sound product judgment from work in startup or scale-up teams.
  • Experience using qualitative research and product data to guide decisions and choose the right level of discovery.
  • Close partnership with product managers and engineers, combining product thinking with technical understanding.
  • Experience with AI coding or prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, or Lovable, including providing design-system guidance in their context.
  • Practical examples of using AI to speed up design or delivery, evaluating its output critically, and applying independent judgment.
  • Experience helping product managers or engineers deliver good design independently through reusable patterns, clear guidance, and coaching.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and design where skills science meets enterprise needs.
  • Curious, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, shift between strategy and detail, explain decisions, raise risks, and advocate for users.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products, especially agents or assistants, is preferred.
  • Strong Figma skills and practical design-system experience are preferred.
  • Experience in HR technology, recruitment, or enterprise products is preferred.
  • Experience improving consistency across product teams or evolving an established product alongside new capabilities is preferred.
