  • Help shape offerings, industry programs, go-to-market plans, and territory strategies.
  • Lead account planning, territory analysis, pipeline reviews, and revenue forecasts.
  • Build consistent pursuit practices and put enablement tools into use.
  • Adapt engagement strategies to changing client priorities and market conditions.
  • Turn client challenges into persuasive solution proposals.
  • Lead pursuit teams through complex opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Zahteve

  • Demonstrated success leading complex pursuits or engagements to successful outcomes.
  • Credibility and leadership presence with clients, sales teams, and colleagues across the business.
  • Strong analytical judgment and an ability to turn data into action.
  • Ability to motivate and coordinate direct, indirect, onshore, and offshore teams.
  • A strong professional network and skill in navigating complexity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
