  • Strong analytical judgment and an ability to turn data into action.
  • Ability to motivate and coordinate direct, indirect, onshore, and offshore teams.
  • A strong professional network and skill in navigating complexity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-first outlook and enthusiasm for solving complex client problems.
  • Strongly preferred: experience shaping outsourcing, managed services, or other transformational engagements involving substantial offshore delivery.
