Opis

  • Design, build, and operate an agentic system for the software development lifecycle.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development into delivery workflows with GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Microsoft Foundry.
  • Build web applications and integration capabilities.
  • Extend support for integration patterns and maintain an integration catalog.
  • Drive platform adoption and tune its performance to improve technology team efficiency.
  • Review models, system descriptions, diagrams, and tables; advise teams on front-end applications, APIs, integration, and development operations.
  • Work with designers to translate user interface and experience requirements into feasible technical solutions and implement them.
  • Write quality code, review contributions, and maintain a sustainable codebase.
  • Set the target state with analysts, architects, developers, testers, and deployment leads.
  • Assess delivery effort, bottlenecks, rework, and promising use cases for agents.
  • Contribute to the technical community of practice through knowledge sharing, standards, and hiring.
  • Explain complex ideas and influence stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Build secure, identity-aware retrieval of tasks, source repositories, design documents, and meeting notes for agents.
  • Connect version control, work tracking, CI/CD, testing platforms, and telemetry services.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as computer science or computer engineering.
  • At least eight years of hands-on software engineering generalist experience implementing enterprise-scale production systems.
  • Experience with web applications, APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong programming, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Proficiency with Angular, React, .NET, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot and modern development platforms, including pull request management, code reviews, branching strategies, repository governance, automation, and engineering telemetry.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technologies through continuous integration or continuous delivery.
  • Experience designing, building, and integrating AI-assisted development experiences, AI agents, or copilots.
  • Strong background in cloud architecture, identity management, networking, platform engineering, and security controls.
  • Ability to meet governance, risk, privacy, and compliance obligations.
  • Experience developing reusable engineering resources, frameworks, standards, reference implementations, templates, and acceleration models.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, microservices, API-first design, and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of REST, JSON, SOAP, OpenAPI, and enterprise integration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Entra ID/Azure AD, workload identities, and secure application authentication.
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Azure and technologies for design, deployment, automation, integration, development operations, networking, and security.
  • Experience applying integration patterns and practices, including API virtualization, resilient event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
  • Hands-on experience with security analysis tools.
  • Design capability using Figma or similar tools.
  • Ability to work legally in Canada when applying is preferred.
  • Ability to meet government security requirements.
