Senior Indonesian Localisation Lead
Lead Canva’s product localisation and growth strategy for Indonesia, shaping product experiences around local user needs and culture. Work with product, marketing, content, and language teams to deepen Canva’s adoption across the Indonesian design community.
Opis
- Set Canva’s product and localisation strategy for Indonesia.
- Help shape the Indonesian product roadmap, including launches, payments, authentication, and market-specific features.
- Analyse active-user and subscription funnels to find opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Adapt global messaging, campaigns, and product experiences for Indonesian users.
- Share cultural insight and strategic direction with global product, marketing, and content teams.
- Work with linguists, translators, and local partners to improve Indonesian-language experiences.
- Partner with the Indonesian Language Manager on style guides, tone of voice, and localisation practices.
- Build Canva’s presence and expand adoption in Indonesia.
Zahteve
- At least five years of product and localisation experience at a fast-growing SaaS or product-led company.
- Firsthand knowledge of Indonesia’s digital landscape, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour.
- Strong analytical skills, including measuring, interpreting, and optimising funnel performance.
- Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders in product, marketing, content, and regional specialist teams.
- Ability to work effectively with an Indonesia-based team from a regional hub.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and execute hands-on.
- Comfort working at some distance from the local market while staying connected through data, research, and local stakeholders.
