Opis

  • Guide customers from proof of concept through production deployment.
  • Ensure customer workloads are stable, scalable, performant, reliable, and cost-efficient.
  • Accelerate time to production and customer value.
  • Assess customer architectures and use cases.
  • Track and improve latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Find and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.
  • Work directly with customer engineering teams.
  • Advise customers on effective practices and optimization.
  • Turn technical challenges into practical solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for production issues.
  • Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly under pressure.
  • Find opportunities to optimize and expand customer usage.
  • Share structured feedback with Product and Infrastructure teams.
  • Help develop better solutions based on customer needs.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Product and Infrastructure teams to deliver stable, high-performing, cost-efficient deployments.

Zahteve

  • Practical knowledge of inference frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT, or equivalents.
  • Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems or high-load applications.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning workloads, including LLMs and inference, is a strong plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze system performance.
  • Experience working directly with technical customers, including engineers and machine learning teams.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • Strong ownership and focus on outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities.
  • Structured, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with GPU workloads or AI infrastructure is a plus.
  • Background in solutions engineering, site reliability engineering, or technical support in B2B environments is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility.
