Opis

  • Assess credit risk across securitized products and fund structures.
  • Examine asset performance, structural protections, cash flows, and downside scenarios.
  • Develop opinions that help issuers and investors compare complex instruments.
  • Share views on performance trends, issuance conditions, and AI’s role in origination and securitization.
  • Lead or carry out end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits.
  • Turn portfolio results, market signals, and peer comparisons into actionable insights.
  • Prepare and review analytical materials and results.
  • Reconcile metrics and record assumptions in accordance with methodology, sector frameworks, and evidence standards.
  • Work with external stakeholders and explain complex analysis in client-ready language.
  • Represent S&P Global’s analytical expertise to market participants.
  • Follow methodology, confidentiality, and data governance standards.
  • Raise issues promptly and recommend next steps.
  • Use approved AI tools and data responsibly.
  • Coach junior analysts and research staff.
  • Build reusable analytical resources and identify automation opportunities.
  • Help design, test, and launch controlled automation workflows.

Zahteve

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in structured finance, credit analysis, or a related financial field for Rating Analyst level.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, credit analysis, or a related financial field for Senior Analyst level.
  • Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to connect fundamental drivers with forward-looking views and risk appetite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools, large language models, and automation technologies.
  • Commitment to analytical quality, traceability, and governance.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience analyzing ABS, RMBS, or corporate securitizations.
  • Ability to support, advise, influence, or coach junior colleagues.
  • Ability to contribute to scalable automation and agentic workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • A master’s degree or professional credential such as CFA is valued but not required.
  • For Senior Analyst level, practical experience integrating AI, large language models, or automation agents into analytical workflows.
  • For Senior Analyst level, demonstrated ownership and execution maturity across multiple credits.
