Opis

  • Drive growth strategies across community clinics, AICs, and other care sites.
  • Build lasting relationships with providers, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Secure new accounts and grow existing customer partnerships.
  • Assess customer needs and goals, then provide tailored solutions, insights, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership on strategic initiatives and customer experience.
  • Track specialty pharmacy trends, reimbursement, market changes, and competitors.
  • Oversee territory activity, follow-up, and CRM pipeline accuracy.
  • Represent Morris & Dickson in customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Develop opportunities into enduring customer partnerships.
  • Meet growth targets through retention, account expansion, and new business.
  • Strengthen Morris & Dickson’s presence and reputation across community clinics, AICs, and other care sites.

Zahteve

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, preferably in buy-and-bill care settings.
  • A record of success in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology, oncology practices, and practice growth.
  • Experience at a specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer, community-facing GPO, specialty distributor, or similar organization is strongly preferred.
  • Established connections with oncology practices, community clinics, AICs, or other care sites are highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, communication, customer service, organization, and territory management.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Knowledge of specialty therapies in oncology, immunology, nephrology, neurology, or ophthalmology is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
