Develop direct-response Meta and Instagram advertising for a direct-to-consumer company. Create consumer-focused concepts and produce around 50 ad concepts each month.
Opis
- Develop concept plans that move from audience personas and angles through research to ad concepts.
- Use advertising databases to investigate consumer pain points and desires.
- Create around 50 concepts each month.
- Produce batches of direct-response Meta and Instagram ads optimized for clicks and conversions.
- Attend the team’s weekly Monday meeting at 3 PM CET.
Zahteve
- Have managed at least $50,000 in ad spend.
- Bring approximately 6–12 months of experience as a creative strategist.
- Have a direct-response or direct-to-consumer paid media background, beyond brand or aesthetic creative.
- Experience with health, wellness, or supplement brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with aggressive direct-response advertisers such as IM8 or Gruntz is a plus.
- Take a performance-led approach rather than focusing on aesthetics.
- Understand consumer psychology, including pain points, desires, and buying triggers.
- Be collaborative and suited to a relaxed, accountable team culture.
