Opis

  • Manage the full Klaviyo email workflow, from campaign creation and audience segmentation to testing and performance reporting.
  • Build, test, quality-check, launch, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, including batch sends, behavior-triggered messages, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Coordinate accurate, on-time campaign launches across multiple client accounts.
  • Set up dynamic content and conditional rules to make messages more relevant and personalized.
  • Choose images and format copy to meet each brand’s standards.
  • Create and maintain email flows, including their triggers, conditions, content, and timing.
  • Assist with and send SMS campaigns through Klaviyo.
  • Resolve flow problems and record flow logic and updates.
  • Create targeted audience segments with Klaviyo filters, conditions, and custom attributes.
  • Keep client email lists clean and maintain their segmentation.
  • Plan and run A/B tests for campaigns and flows.
  • Monitor and improve email results, identifying trends across campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Share practical findings with internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare recurring email reports with historical results, channel benchmarks, and recommendations.
  • Create presentation slides that turn metrics and findings into clear charts and bullet points for clients.
  • Use open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability data to inform optimization.
  • Take part in relevant recruitment, executive, client, assessment, background-check, and offer stages.

Zahteve

  • At least three years of hands-on email marketing execution, ideally in a fast-paced agency or direct-to-consumer e-commerce setting.
  • Advanced Klaviyo skills across campaign setup, flow creation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • At least two years of experience using Shopify.
  • Experience designing and launching A/B tests and clearly reporting their results.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including data exports, templates, basic formulas, and clean formatting.
  • Ability to turn performance data into straightforward, client-ready slides with charts and bullet points.
  • Strong grasp of segmentation and how to use it to improve campaign performance.
  • Careful attention to detail and a record of thoroughly checking work before launch.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Availability Monday through Friday during US business hours, with occasional flexibility for time-sensitive updates.
  • An up-to-date resume.
  • A one- to two-minute Loom introduction covering your Klaviyo experience and a campaign or flow you built, including its results.
  • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will advance to the next stage.
  • Preferred: experience building and launching SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Postscript.
  • Preferred: direct-to-consumer or e-commerce experience.
  • Preferred: experience with loyalty programs and lifecycle strategy using loyalty segmentation.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor edits and email template formatting fixes.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms.
