  • Develop timely organic social ideas that connect with client audiences and culture.
  • Film and edit short-form videos independently with CapCut or in-app tools.
  • Turn emerging social trends into content and publish it on tight deadlines.
  • Work with teammates and clients, communicating and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Travel to shoot locations and brand activations.
  • Use a large library of brand assets to inform and support content creation.
  • Follow brand guidelines while exploring creative formats.
  • Move quickly from ideas to production and learn from content performance.
  • Help produce a high daily volume of engaging, easy-to-watch social content.
  • Create content for clients such as ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok and The White Company.

Zahteve

  • Bring a strong interest in TikTok, Reels and short-form video, with practical editing experience using CapCut or similar apps.
  • Develop timely, trend-aware social ideas that appeal to Gen Z and wider audiences.
  • Feel at ease filming and presenting on camera with confidence and authenticity.
  • Show experience through personal or brand TikTok or Instagram accounts; these can serve as a portfolio.
  • Pair creative instincts with a hands-on approach and readiness to make and publish content quickly.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and conversation and collaborate well with others.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced schedule with multiple shoots and content trips, including travel to airports and European destinations.
  • Pay close attention to brand guidelines and creative principles while keeping work aligned with strategy.
  • Be keen to learn, experiment and refine content through a rapid test-and-learn process.
