Opis

  • Plan and forecast sales to grow Sam’s Club Connect advertising revenue.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and develop the pipeline.
  • Create and present proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead complex negotiations and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Interpret business metrics and market data to recommend actions.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coach team members and support their professional growth.
  • Work with merchants and suppliers to shape media plans using Sam’s Club Connect data.
  • Develop tailored media solutions across more than 20 categories.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or a related field plus 2 years of business development, market development, or related experience; alternatively, 4 years of such experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify sales opportunities and plan strategically.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Ability to interpret business metrics and use data to inform recommendations.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Business understanding, including industry trends, financial drivers, and advertising solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A master’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
