- Plan and forecast sales to grow Sam’s Club Connect advertising revenue.
- Qualify sales opportunities and develop the pipeline.
- Create and present proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Lead complex negotiations and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Interpret business metrics and market data to recommend actions.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or a related field plus 2 years of business development, market development, or related experience; alternatively, 4 years of such experience.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify sales opportunities and plan strategically.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships.
- Ability to interpret business metrics and use data to inform recommendations.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Business understanding, including industry trends, financial drivers, and advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A master’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
