Process commercial insurance policies for NJM Insurance Group, including renewals, policy changes, certificates and customer inquiries. This full-time hybrid role is based in Trenton, New Jersey.
Descriere
- Check transaction information for accuracy and completeness
- Process policy changes, new business and renewals
- Carry out assigned renewal activities and instructions
- Review policy specification inquiries and renewal questionnaires, identifying changes that need action or referral
- Organize assignments and plan time-sensitive work before taking paid time off
- Ask a supervisor or experienced colleague for guidance when a situation is unclear
- Respond promptly to customer certificate requests and refer complex requests to a supervisor or experienced colleague
- Support the Commercial Customer Contact Center by responding to customer inquiries
- Meet departmental deadlines and quality standards
Cerințe
- High school diploma
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and active listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions while refocusing on work
- Proficiency with computers, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office and business software
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Regular, predictable onsite attendance
