Descriere

  • Own the ServiceNow Compliance roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate regulatory and audit obligations into ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Expand workflow automation adoption across and beyond the ServiceNow platform.
  • Set the enterprise AI roadmap and governance model for ServiceNow.
  • Promote Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower.
  • Evaluate high-value AI opportunities and develop supporting business cases.
  • Promote responsible, compliant deployment of AI technologies.
  • Connect Security, Risk and Compliance functions with Platform Transformation teams.
  • Realize platform value and expand adoption of modern ServiceNow capabilities in accordance with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience spanning service management, platform transformation, and compliance.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation capabilities available on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience delivering agentic solutions on the platform is preferred.
  • Experience implementing Now Assist or AI Control Tower is preferred.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation or Managing Professional certification is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • AI or generative AI certification is preferred.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Visa sponsorship is unavailable.
  • Domestic relocation is unavailable.
