Descriere

  • Create a repeatable SharePoint and Power BI process for collecting and reporting quality data.
  • Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards for PMO leaders and federal stakeholders.
  • Manage SharePoint Lists, libraries, and views.
  • Use Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline review intake, scoring, finding logs, and status alerts.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive quality reports.
  • Examine review results for trends, recurring defects, and root causes.
  • Convert findings into prioritized recommendations for process improvement.
  • Verify published metrics against source records, quality control workbooks, and Jira queues.
  • Review project artifacts for quality throughout the project management lifecycle.
  • Assist with phase-gate and pre-brief governance reviews during high-volume review periods.
  • Maintain SOPs, reporting data dictionaries, user guides, and review checklists in Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Take part in calibration sessions and peer reviews.
  • Work with federal project managers to explain findings, interpret compliance expectations, and monitor corrective actions.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–5 years of business, data, or quality analysis experience in a PMO, IT governance, or compliance setting.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, data analytics, computer science, or a related discipline; four additional years of directly relevant analytical or quality assurance experience can replace the degree.
  • Demonstrate practical Power BI expertise, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, DAX measures, and SharePoint and Excel integrations.
  • Have hands-on experience structuring and administering SharePoint Lists and libraries, including calculated columns, views, permissions, and operational data structures.
  • Use Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps, with working proficiency.
  • Apply advanced Excel capabilities such as pivot tables, lookup and array formulas, and complex scoring or evaluation workbook maintenance.
  • Have written analytical reports for government or executive readers that explain data and propose actions.
  • Have assessed documents or deliverables against quality, compliance, or audit standards and recorded the resulting findings.
  • Understand project and program management lifecycles and their governance documentation.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
  • Work successfully in a fully remote setting.
  • Obtain and retain a Public Trust suitability determination.
  • Use Atlassian Jira and Confluence for review tracking, workflow setup, and knowledge-base publishing.
  • Understand Microsoft Project schedules and schedule health principles.
  • Have supported a federal or legislative-branch PMO, or applied GAO, ISO 9001, or PMBOK quality-management practices.
  • Write technical materials such as SOPs, process guides, or reporting data dictionaries for government customers.
  • Hold or qualify for a relevant credential such as PL-300, PL-900, CBAP, ITIL Foundation, or PMP.
  • Possess or qualify to complete and maintain a Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance.
  • Be a U.S. citizen.
