Remote Creative Director

Lead the creative direction of Community Phone’s eldercare brand across television, social, web, direct mail, packaging, and product storytelling. Own creative performance, brand standards, and team development.

Descriere

  • Shape Community Phone’s creative direction as the company grows
  • Guide the brand’s presence across television, paid social, web, direct mail, packaging, and social channels
  • Maintain brand standards across paid advertising, customer newsletters, and other platforms
  • Expand and refine the brand identity system established by the design agency
  • Personally design the website, product packaging, and signature brand assets
  • Develop and uphold quality standards for paid social creative production
  • Partner with growth to lead creative performance, including its impact on customer acquisition cost
  • Build the creative team required to grow the brand
  • Oversee creative production budgets, agencies, freelancers, and complex programs
  • Report to the cofounder responsible for Revenue and Operations

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of creative direction experience
  • A track record of building an outstanding consumer brand
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional work across digital, retail, social, packaging, experiential, film, photography, and product storytelling
  • Experience in both agency and in-house settings
  • Experience leading art direction, design, motion, copy, and concept development
  • Ability and interest in creating and designing work personally
  • Daily use of and familiarity with AI in creative work
  • Experience producing creative at scale, ideally across television, paid social, and physical media
  • Experience managing production budgets, agencies, freelancers, and complex creative programs
  • Strong taste, humility, intelligence, drive, and judgment
  • Ability to lead the full creative function and work closely with growth
  • Packaging and unboxing experience with consumer hardware or direct-to-consumer products is a plus
  • Experience with eldercare, health-adjacent, or trust-sensitive consumer brands is a plus
