Senior Paid Advertising Strategist - Client Experience

Lead multi-channel paid advertising campaigns for Power Digital Marketing, an AI-native growth firm. Manage optimization, reporting, budgets, testing, and client strategy across paid media channels.

Descriere

  • Manage campaign execution, performance, and growth across an assigned client portfolio
  • Connect paid advertising activity to each client’s broader business objectives
  • Partner with account leadership to shape and refine service strategy within the wider media mix
  • Oversee reporting, campaign optimization, client communication, keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and routine account operations
  • Run performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Develop and launch campaigns end-to-end across channels while meeting delivery timelines
  • Drive performance improvements and manage or advise on client budgets with accurate pacing
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to prevent errors that could affect revenue
  • Proactively recommend strategic improvements and identify emerging opportunities and risks
  • Maintain client testing roadmaps and coordinate the next steps for experimentation
  • Raise performance concerns promptly
  • Keep internal teams aligned on results, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
  • Deliver weekly client progress updates with insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Apply marketing and business strategy, Power Circuit processes, the Nova ecosystem, data, and AI technologies
  • Present performance outcomes and actionable next steps to clients and stakeholders
  • Meet applicable KPIs, including workload aligned to $28K revenue per employee, 90% client retention, and 95% team retention

Cerințe

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
  • Two to three years of digital marketing experience
  • One to two years of experience working in an agency environment
  • At least two to three years of hands-on experience managing a minimum of two paid advertising channels
  • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant paid advertising networks
  • Experience developing and optimizing campaigns, including bid management, keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign strategy, and ongoing optimization
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting to and communicating with clients
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company
