Descriere

  • Manage internal and cross-functional strategic initiatives for Walmart Style
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business and cross-functional teams
  • Create executive and external-facing materials for leadership meetings, conferences, the Supplier Growth Summit, and other key forums
  • Support merchant top-to-top meetings and brand pitches through preparation and materials development
  • Plan and develop content for Style Quarterly All Hands meetings
  • Evaluate market, competitive, and macroeconomic trends to uncover growth and differentiation opportunities
  • Support private-brand processes and operating practices across Fashion, Home, and Beauty
  • Advance Style strategy and transformation priorities through working sessions and operational process improvements
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, Marketplace, and other teams
  • Prepare leadership and external meeting materials while supporting merchant top-to-tops and All Hands events

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in business development, market development, product development, or a related area; or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy and project management
  • Ability to convert strategic priorities into effective execution
  • Strong stakeholder-management capabilities and cross-functional experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to frame ambiguous problems and produce actionable solutions
  • Ability to create, manage, and improve project plans
  • Ability to recognize risks, dependencies, and opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive-storytelling skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations
