Descriere

  • Manage contract execution and filing from issuance through retrieval, maintaining complete and accessible records
  • Review payment requests and invoices, coordinate with Finance on billing issues, and contribute to budget tracking and forecasts
  • Administer vendor onboarding, renewals, and rate-card updates
  • Apply External Legal Counsel Guidelines across law firm relationships
  • Manage partnerships with matter management and electronic signature platform providers
  • Oversee system integrations and configurations, including approval workflows
  • Support colleagues in using legal operations tools effectively
  • Find manual inefficiencies, develop improved workflows, and deliver automation initiatives
  • Maintain current and accurate process documentation
  • Report to the Head of Legal Operations

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in legal operations or a related area such as legal finance, contract management, or in-house legal support
  • Experience creating accurate processes for high volumes of payment requests and documentation
  • Strong capability working with large datasets and spreadsheets
  • Fluent English communication skills for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information
  • Practical judgment and the ability to make decisions while escalating issues appropriately
  • Experience administering or implementing matter management, contract management, or e-billing platforms
  • Scripting experience or a track record of partnering with engineers on automation using tools such as Python, APIs, or low-code platforms
  • Experience managing projects or organizational change
  • Background in a regulated sector, preferably fintech or cryptocurrency
