Descriere

  • Design and optimize scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts for web front-end products across multiple product streams
  • Lead integration, regression, and performance testing initiatives
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to refine requirements and testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain automated frameworks, tools, and scripts for web front-end products (15%)
  • Create and run integration, regression, and performance tests with industry-standard tools (35%)
  • Build reusable test automation solutions and connect testing artifacts to CI/CD pipelines
  • Plan testing for new features and develop focused test scenarios (25%)
  • Evaluate and introduce automation tools and techniques aligned with industry best practices (25%)

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in the offered role or a comparable software testing position
  • At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks
  • At least 7 years of experience automating UI or web UI tests with Selenium WebDriver or an equivalent tool
  • At least 7 years of experience researching and evaluating testing frameworks and tools
  • At least 7 years of experience identifying performance or process bottlenecks
  • At least 7 years of programming or scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
  • At least 5 years of experience with integration and regression testing
  • At least 4 years of experience using BDD, POM, or comparable test-structure patterns
  • At least 4 years of experience integrating test artifacts with CI/CD pipelines
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SQL and databases
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Technical leadership experience including code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing facilitation
  • Successful completion of pre-hire technical assessments covering Python coding, framework design, exploratory bug finding and test-case review, and CI/CD integration
  • Ability to work from anywhere in the United States, excluding U.S. territories
  • Availability to travel for team meetings or company gatherings approximately twice per year
