Descriere

  • Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 content platforms, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, site architecture, metadata, term stores, retention labels, permissions and governance
  • Create and maintain governance practices that promote content quality, accuracy, consistency, security and information lifecycle management
  • Own the lifecycle management of SharePoint sites, site collections and OneDrive content
  • Ensure corporate information is retained and transferred in line with requirements
  • Analyse performance data and trends to improve content management and inform decisions
  • Drive the strategic development of enterprise content, advanced search and discovery, including AI, machine learning, automation and natural language processing
  • Offer specialist knowledge-management consultancy
  • Resolve second-line support incidents within agreed service levels
  • Maintain service-support knowledge articles, templates, standards and procedures
  • Monitor Microsoft updates and future capability roadmaps
  • Develop content communities through learning pathways, training, guidance, events and communications
  • Collaborate with technical teams, internal communications, learning specialists, suppliers and colleagues across the business
  • Promote safe working, continuous improvement and strong compliance standards

Cerințe

  • Microsoft 365 SharePoint Administration certification
  • Extensive professional experience managing intranets, processes and content taxonomies
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft 365 Groups, and related security and compliance administration
  • Experience administering SharePoint with ShareGate
  • Experience using web, search, user-journey and OneDrive analytics to evaluate performance and guide improvements
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and SharePoint Lists
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, including managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations
  • Credibility and influencing ability to embed content applications into everyday business operations
  • A learning mindset and commitment to staying current with Microsoft 365, advanced search and discovery, and content-focused AI capabilities
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Syntex, Viva Engage, SharePoint and Copilot agents
  • Desirable: Experience developing and using PowerShell scripts
  • Desirable: Experience overseeing contractors or delivery partners
  • Desirable: Strong understanding of stakeholder and client management
