Descriere

  • Support account planning, relationship mapping, and growth initiatives across an assigned client portfolio in partnership with Account Managers and Client Success teams.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships by learning each client’s business priorities, technology environment, and decision-making criteria.
  • Represent assigned clients internally and champion their needs across the organization.
  • Facilitate client discovery meetings, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and executive-level presentations.
  • Find, develop, and position managed services, custom solutions, and other technology opportunities.
  • Create practical, outcome-oriented solutions spanning multiple technology domains.
  • Contribute throughout the sales cycle by qualifying opportunities, defining solution approaches, joining client presentations, and helping progress opportunities to close.
  • Prepare conceptual and logical designs, service descriptions, bills of material, implementation plans, knowledge-transfer resources, and transition-to-operations deliverables.
  • Draft Statements of Work, RFP and RFQ responses, contract provisions, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor market developments, emerging technologies, and changing client requirements.
  • Create reusable solution assets, proposal material, white papers, articles, blogs, and other client-facing thought-leadership content.

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, systems engineering, presales engineering, or another client-facing technical discipline.
  • Broad familiarity with Long View’s practice areas.
  • Advanced working knowledge in at least two domains, including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, digital workplace, endpoint management, managed services, data platforms, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Demonstrated consulting capability.
  • Experience contributing to sales cycles, qualifying opportunities, presenting to clients, generating leads, or expanding services within existing accounts.
  • Experience preparing or supporting Statements of Work, proposals, service descriptions, contracts, RFP or RFQ responses, estimates, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate client documentation, thought-leadership material, and commercial language.
  • Ability to align market trends, business outcomes, technical architecture, operational readiness, delivery requirements, and commercial considerations.
  • Ability to collaborate with account management, client success, sales, delivery, managed services, practice leaders, Principal Architects, and subject-matter experts.
  • Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, or related technology certifications are considered an asset.
