Descriere

  • Build and maintain data pipelines with AI agents that generate code
  • Create algorithms that turn data into useful information
  • Analyse data to find issues and define logic for complex functions and scripts
  • Review AI-generated solutions for simplicity, performance, and maintainability
  • Own data modelling and quality, applying expert judgment to AI-generated results
  • Find new data sources and integrate them into data products
  • Use CI/CD processes, testing, and monitoring for data
  • Develop prototypes and document key aspects of the work
  • Contribute to data models, ETL pipelines, and services for a multinational financial-sector client

Cerințe

  • Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field, at bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. level
  • Strong practical experience with dbt and SQL
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI-driven and agentic development
  • Comfort directing and validating AI-generated code
  • Ability to establish and contribute to an effective agentic framework
  • Proven Python programming experience; PySpark is a plus
  • Software development background, including design patterns and unit testing
  • Proven experience with data CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling, quality, and architecture
  • Knowledge of system design, data structures, algorithms, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience on Agile projects using tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Insurance, reinsurance, or financial industry experience is a plus
  • English communication skills at B2/C1 level
  • Must currently reside in Portugal or Spain
