- Build and maintain data pipelines with AI agents that generate code
- Create algorithms that turn data into useful information
- Analyse data to find issues and define logic for complex functions and scripts
- Review AI-generated solutions for simplicity, performance, and maintainability
- Own data modelling and quality, applying expert judgment to AI-generated results
- Find new data sources and integrate them into data products
- Use CI/CD processes, testing, and monitoring for data
- Develop prototypes and document key aspects of the work
- Contribute to data models, ETL pipelines, and services for a multinational financial-sector client
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field, at bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. level
- Strong practical experience with dbt and SQL
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-driven and agentic development
- Comfort directing and validating AI-generated code
- Ability to establish and contribute to an effective agentic framework
- Proven Python programming experience; PySpark is a plus
- Software development background, including design patterns and unit testing
- Proven experience with data CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, quality, and architecture
- Knowledge of system design, data structures, algorithms, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience on Agile projects using tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Insurance, reinsurance, or financial industry experience is a plus
- English communication skills at B2/C1 level
- Must currently reside in Portugal or Spain
