Senior Corporate Air Travel Events Consultant – São Paulo (Hybrid)
Senior consultant responsible for air-travel logistics supporting BeFly’s corporate events. Coordinates bookings, suppliers, costs, itineraries, and participant transportation.
Descriere
- Organize and deliver air-travel logistics for domestic and international corporate events
- Create quotes and oversee airline bookings, ticket issuance, changes, and refunds
- Act as the main contact for clients, airlines, consolidators, and partner providers
- Design transportation plans that balance route efficiency, cost control, and participant experience
- Follow travel policies while meeting project timelines and budget requirements
- Resolve itinerary updates and urgent travel requests promptly
- Coordinate group air travel for events, conventions, and incentive programs
- Produce operational reports and track performance metrics
- Partner with internal teams to support high-quality event execution
Cerințe
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s studies in Tourism, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline
- Required proficiency with SABRE
- Working knowledge of E-LATAM, E-GOL, Portal Azul, and group portals used by major airlines
- Familiarity with the Inteegra system
- Intermediate Excel capability for operational tracking and data analysis
- Substantial experience managing air travel for corporate events, conventions, incentive programs, and groups
- Background negotiating with airlines, consolidators, and industry suppliers
- Organized, analytical professional with strong communication and negotiation abilities
