Senior CoreMedia Tech Lead – Paris Hybrid
Lead CoreMedia architecture and delivery for Valtech’s luxury digital commerce programme with LVMH. Combine hands-on Java development, enterprise integrations, technical leadership and developer mentoring.
Descriere
- Serve as the technical lead and primary contact for the CoreMedia squad, working with client architects, product owners and stakeholders.
- Own the architecture and design of scalable, secure and maintainable CoreMedia Content Cloud solutions.
- Deliver complex hands-on development across custom content types, Studio extensions, Blueprint customisation, templates and Spring-based back-end components.
- Lead code reviews and uphold engineering standards, automated testing, quality gates and technical documentation.
- Design and secure API integrations between CoreMedia and e-commerce, PIM, DAM, search, personalisation, CDN and other third-party services.
- Convert business and functional needs into technical solutions and stories, supporting estimation, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Manage CI/CD, environments and deployments across containers and cloud, including release readiness, production support, incident analysis and performance tuning.
- Address technical debt, CoreMedia upgrades and Blueprint evolution while anticipating technical risks and dependencies.
- Coach and mentor developers, encourage knowledge sharing, support onboarding and build technical autonomy and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to Agile Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, PI Planning and cross-team technical dependency management.
- Provide visibility into technical progress, risks and quality through Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to a strategic digital commerce programme for a luxury brand in the LVMH Group.
Cerințe
- At least seven years of Java/JEE development experience, including three or more years with CoreMedia Content Cloud, CMS, Studio, CAE, Headless Server and Blueprint.
- Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring or Spring Boot, Maven, Freemarker/JSP templating and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs and implementing headless or hybrid CMS architectures.
- Previous Tech Lead or Lead Developer experience involving technical decisions, architecture, code review and mentoring.
- Experience connecting CMS platforms with e-commerce, PIM, DAM and search systems in complex enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Understanding of performance, caching, security, SEO and accessibility for large-scale web platforms.
- Experience with Agile delivery, including Scrum or SAFe, Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and clients across onsite and distributed settings.
- Fluent English at C2 level.
- The role may be based in Portugal, Germany or France.
- Availability to work onsite with the client in Paris La Défense for at least three consecutive days each month.
