Descriere
- Own the Processes and Tools function within the Pricing team
- Convert pricing policy into executable workflows backed by dependable data and production-ready tools
- Create decision-support tools for the Commercial team, including pricing calculators
- Move solutions from initial prototypes into consistent daily use
- Design and automate the complete pricing workflow from quotation to approval
- Establish clear ownership and approval authority for every process stage
- Communicate pricing requirements effectively to Product and Technology teams
- Implement pricing policy within Caju’s systems
- Help Commercial and Operations teams adopt and use pricing processes and tools
- Drive adoption, measurement, and ongoing process improvements
Cerințe
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes or workflows, with a systems-level understanding of how teams interact
- Practical, execution-oriented approach with experience building solutions and putting them into operation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional work with Sales, Product, and Technology
- Ability to set priorities and make progress in ambiguous situations
- Sound logical and analytical reasoning
- Background in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Planning, or Pricing preferred
- Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for process efficiency and prototyping preferred
- Basic SQL skills sufficient to read and validate queries preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred
