Descriere

  • Create high-quality video content for a boutique growth marketing agency serving AI and SaaS companies
  • Transform raw footage into polished social clips, paid advertisements, explainers, and brand videos
  • Follow briefs, storyboards, and reference materials to meet style, tone, and performance goals
  • Use pacing, cuts, transitions, and structure to produce clear, engaging videos
  • Apply feedback and complete revisions efficiently
  • Create motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds, and visual effects
  • Perform color correction and color grading
  • Select and integrate licensed music, sound effects, and other audio treatments
  • Keep video output consistent with client brand guidelines
  • Organize project files, raw footage, and completed assets
  • Deliver work on schedule and flag potential timeline risks
  • Maintain version control and consistent file naming
  • Prepare videos for social feeds, stories, paid placements, and websites
  • Track platform specifications, video trends, and format best practices
  • Adapt video content efficiently for multiple formats

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated video editing experience with a portfolio covering multiple formats and styles
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools
  • Strong capabilities in motion graphics and basic animation
  • Sound knowledge of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement across video formats
  • Reliable, organized, and consistent in managing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Able to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality
  • Communicates clearly and responds effectively to feedback
  • Available during US business hours
  • Current resume
  • Portfolio containing 4 to 6 completed video examples across varied formats or styles
  • A 1- to 2-minute Loom video introducing yourself, showing one work sample, and explaining your editing choices
  • Both a portfolio and Loom video are required to proceed
  • Preferred: experience creating paid social advertisements for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn
  • Preferred: background in a marketing agency or creative studio
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI-supported video editing or production workflow tools
  • Preferred: experience working with SaaS or technology brands
  • Preferred: advanced motion design, complex compositing, or visual effects experience
