Remote Sales Administration Specialist with AI Focus

Manage sales operations for SelectLine and DATALINE, providers of ERP software and payroll solutions. Coordinate quotes, orders, invoicing, licenses, and AI-supported process improvements.

Descriere

  • Oversee sales administration, from preparing quotes and processing orders to invoicing and license management
  • Support Account Executives and the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative work
  • Keep customer, contract, and license records up to date in CRM and ERP systems
  • Prepare maintenance and contract invoices
  • Track contract terms, renewals, and cancellation deadlines
  • Answer partners’ and customers’ administrative questions about quotes, orders, and licenses by phone and in writing
  • Create sales reports and assess key performance indicators
  • Apply AI tools to draft quote text, create summaries, maintain data, and prepare reports
  • Work with colleagues to improve automation and business processes
  • Coordinate work across Sales, Accounting, Support, and Product Management

Cerințe

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable vocational qualification
  • Three to five years of experience in inside sales, sales administration, order processing, or a related role
  • Confident working with CRM and ERP systems
  • Experience with software licensing and maintenance models is an advantage
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Interest in AI and experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot at work, or readiness to become proficient with these tools
  • Able to assess AI-generated results critically
  • Organized, careful, and dependable working style
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Self-starter with a focus on processes and continuous improvement
  • Fluent written and spoken German at C1 level or higher
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel
