Descriere

  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts through consistent prospecting and at least 50 outbound calls each day.
  • Meet clients virtually to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Find new prospects while spotting opportunities to grow current accounts.
  • Recommend and sell bundled, multichannel marketing solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Present solutions including SEM, SEO, social media, YouTube, OTT/CTV, display, websites, and other marketing offerings.
  • Guide sales opportunities through each stage of the process and pursue revenue targets.
  • Keep CRM activity, pipeline details, and follow-up records accurate.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate creative assets and campaign setup.
  • Complete hands-on training and gradually take ownership of pipeline, client relationships, and revenue goals.

Cerințe

  • Bring 2–5 or more years of sales experience; B2B or high-activity sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Confidently prospect outbound and engage prospective clients.
  • Manage a pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects and clients.
  • Communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.
  • Be comfortable making frequent outbound calls and holding virtual meetings.
  • Show a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve through coaching.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
  • Interest or familiarity in digital marketing is helpful but not required.
  • Work independently and stay motivated in a fully remote setting.
