Remote Data Analyst III Supply Chain Analytics at Ryder

Ryder is hiring a remote Data Analyst III to build Power BI dashboards and Azure Data Lake solutions. The role delivers supply-chain insights for internal teams and external customers.

Descriere

  • Translate business needs and integrated data into practical dashboard visualizations
  • Explain dashboard findings and guide stakeholders in using them for business decisions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs and prioritize ad hoc product requests
  • Develop innovative analytical solutions
  • Improve data maturity and integration by standardizing core value-added capabilities
  • Work with Data Analysts and Data Scientists on supply-chain solutions
  • Act as a key user of Ryder’s Azure Data Lake
  • Build dashboards, reports, and queries for strategic decisions and ad hoc analysis
  • Develop descriptive and prescriptive solutions for Ryder teams and external customers
  • Analyze fundamental business problems and address their underlying causes
  • Manage new data sources and produce actionable insights beyond routine reporting
  • Support product innovation across build, testing, and release with technology teams using agile methods
  • Support the success and development of more junior team members
  • Complete other assigned duties

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or an equivalent field is required
  • At least two years of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across a business
  • Professional experience working in a cloud environment
  • At least two years of applied project experience demonstrating digital transformation and data management in an educational or project setting
  • Experience developing business intelligence solutions with Power BI
  • Experience developing business intelligence solutions with Tableau is required
  • Exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS
  • Exposure to SQL data manipulation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms, are required
  • Ability to support product innovation through build, testing, and release using agile methodologies is required
  • A master’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, an MBA, or an equivalent field is preferred
  • At least four years of experience in an individual contributor role as a key team member is preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States based on the specified U.S. location
