  • Log new claims and confirm policy information
  • Request, track, and follow up on supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and assessors
  • Maintain accurate updates in the claims system throughout each case
  • Prepare claim files for assessment and payment
  • Handle UK insurance or warranty claims from first notification through settlement
  • Work independently within a supportive remote team through regular check-ins and clearly defined priorities

Cerințe

  • Background in claims handling or insurance administration
  • High accuracy in data entry and policy verification
  • Strong written English communication
  • Consistent and thorough follow-up skills
  • Confidence using case management systems
  • Guidewire or comparable platform experience is advantageous
  • Awareness of potential fraud indicators is advantageous
  • Experience using Excel for tracking is advantageous
