Manage UK insurance and warranty claims from initial notification through settlement. This full-time remote role is based in South Africa and follows UK business hours.

- Log new claims and confirm policy information
- Request, track, and follow up on supporting documentation
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and assessors
- Maintain accurate updates in the claims system throughout each case
- Prepare claim files for assessment and payment
- Handle UK insurance or warranty claims from first notification through settlement
- Work independently within a supportive remote team through regular check-ins and clearly defined priorities
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in claims handling or insurance administration
- High accuracy in data entry and policy verification
- Strong written English communication
- Consistent and thorough follow-up skills
- Confidence using case management systems
- Guidewire or comparable platform experience is advantageous
- Awareness of potential fraud indicators is advantageous
- Experience using Excel for tracking is advantageous
- Availability during UK business hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time or 11:00–19:00 SAST
