Descriere

  • Coordinate administrative workflows and opportunity tracking to support Business Development Managers pursuing new projects
  • Control access to client data rooms, download materials, and distribute information to internal stakeholders
  • Submit and monitor internal setup requests for client portals
  • Monitor incoming RFPs and client requests, prioritize responses, and flag risks or missing information
  • Assist with preparing and coordinating project Go/No-Go documentation
  • Arrange client and internal meetings, including agendas, action follow-up, and timeline management
  • Maintain and monitor client pipeline requests
  • Coordinate RFP deliverables from engineering, estimating, legal, finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Support proposal preparation through CRM updates, data-quality maintenance, and document distribution
  • Prepare, submit, and manage budgetary pricing requests in partnership with the estimating team
  • Work with cross-functional teams to advance business development pursuits
  • Recommend and implement process improvements across the Business Development function
  • Handle routine business development inquiries and escalate relevant opportunities as needed

Cerințe

  • High school diploma is required
  • A postsecondary certificate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, project coordination, construction, engineering, or renewable energy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivation to learn new systems and processes, supported by a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Availability to travel for meetings or events up to once per month
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
