- Build and strengthen trusted relationships with members and clients
- Understand each member’s or client’s needs and tailor advice to their financial circumstances
- Guide members and clients toward solutions aligned with their financial objectives
- Recommend suitable investment, lending, and insurance products
- Act as the caisse’s financing specialist and an internal resource
- Balance client satisfaction, business priorities, profitability, and responsible risk management
- Collaborate with partners and specialists to develop integrated financial strategies
- Explain recommended strategies and clarify their anticipated outcomes
- Manage client relationships while monitoring satisfaction and service quality
- Conduct follow-ups and identify opportunities to improve service
- Keep current with financial-services developments, market conditions, and industry best practices
- Take part in community outreach and represent the caisse externally
Cerințe
- College diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least two years of related professional experience
- Equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Mutual fund representative certification from the Autorité des marchés financiers
- French-language proficiency is required
