Inside Sales Representative, Florida Remote

Descriere

  • Turn qualified prospects into new customers and encourage repeat business from existing clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Qualify customer needs, build rapport, and explain products and services using established call guidelines
  • Meet conversion, booking, monthly revenue, and other performance targets
  • Sell residential pest control and related services in line with company procedures
  • Set up service accounts for new customers
  • Collect credit card details to establish automatic payments for new accounts
  • Arrange inspections and quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians
  • Use multiple software programs at once to enter live data, place orders, and look up customer accounts
  • Meet Monthly Development Plan targets
  • Record lead details accurately in databases
  • Resolve current customers’ needs under the one-call resolution guarantee

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous inside sales experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Type at least 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy; a typing test is part of the process
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic
  • Currently eligible to work legally in the United States
  • Pass pre-employment screening, including criminal background, drug, driving record, work history, academic credential, license, and certification checks
  • English and Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
