Inside Sales Representative - Fitness Education Certifications (Remote)

Help prospective students select ISSA fitness education and certification programs through outbound calling, phone consultations, and CRM follow-up. Manage short-cycle enrollment sales while working toward monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Descriere

  • Place 120–200 daily outbound calls to prospective students using warm and cold lead lists
  • Lead energetic phone consultations that uncover goals, establish rapport, and match prospects with suitable training programs
  • Maintain the CRM sales pipeline with accurate notes, tasks, and timely follow-ups
  • Complete ethical, student-focused sales within same-day to seven-day closing cycles
  • Meet or surpass monthly enrollment and revenue goals consistently
  • Work with colleagues and leaders to refine scripts, handle objections, and improve conversion performance
  • Represent ISSA’s mission and brand with enthusiasm and integrity
  • Help prospective students select appropriate fitness education and certification programs

Cerințe

  • At least one year of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven setting
  • Ability to maintain 120–200 or more daily dials at a sustained activity level
  • Experience closing short-cycle sales, including same-day through seven-day decisions
  • Availability for shift-based scheduling in a fully remote work environment
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and empathetic customer engagement skills
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to use AI tools for greater efficiency and innovation
  • B2C or consumer-focused B2B sales experience preferred
  • Previous outbound sales or lead follow-up campaign success preferred
  • Interest in fitness, health, or education preferred
  • ISSA certification or wellness-industry experience preferred
  • Strong CRM data-management and record-keeping practices preferred
  • Must live in an ISSA-eligible state: AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, NC, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI
