Descriere

  • Lead the design, planning, management, and delivery of civil engineering projects
  • Provide accurate, compliant, high-quality solutions for roads, railways, airports, bridges, dams, water and sewage systems, irrigation, and power facilities
  • Manage relationships with smaller clients while supporting senior colleagues with larger accounts
  • Take part in a community of practice to expand technical expertise
  • Oversee day-to-day relationships with contract service providers
  • Inspect engineering works, installations, and structures, then define required remedial work
  • Develop engineering solutions and validation processes that meet organizational and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to engineering standards, specifications, and compliance assessments
  • Apply HSE policies, identify and mitigate risks, and address unsafe team behaviors
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Build professional capability through training, coaching, education, and accreditation
  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs
  • Deliver small- and medium-scale projects within an established program management plan
  • Prepare proposals and responses for bids, requests for proposals, and tenders
  • Support feasibility studies, risk assessments, pricing, client engagement, and business development

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • More than six years and up to ten years of broad professional experience, including comprehensive experience in the relevant area
  • At least seven to twelve months of experience supervising junior colleagues
  • Technical expertise demonstrated against professional accreditation standards
  • Ability to independently lead engineering design, planning, management, and delivery
  • Knowledge of civil infrastructure projects involving roads, railways, airports, bridges, dams, water and sewage systems, irrigation, and power facilities
  • Ability to support feasibility studies, risk analysis, pricing, bids, and tenders
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, specifications, regulatory compliance, and HSE requirements
  • Advanced capability in engineering design, development, implementation, testing, technical operations, and engineering practices
  • Advanced skills in engineering data collection, analysis, and management
  • Advanced project cost, budget, and schedule management skills
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques
  • Proficiency with engineering software, hardware, and methodologies
  • Ability to maintain or obtain relevant external professional accreditation
